About PBN

Prime Business Network is a real estate business community connecting property owners, buyers, investors, private lenders, contractors, and trusted professionals across the Four-State region (WV, VA, MD, DC). We facilitate introductions and help the right people find each other — from deals to services to partnerships.

Not in the traditional sense. We're a network and media company, not a brokerage or investment firm. We don't represent buyers or sellers as agents, and we don't make financing decisions. What we do is bring people together — and make sure the right connections happen faster than they would on their own.

PBN was founded by Juwan Davis, owner of PrimeView Media — a creative and marketing firm based in the Eastern Panhandle of WV. After years of working with realtors, investors, contractors, and local businesses, Juwan built PBN to formalize a network that was already happening organically. It's rooted in relationships, not transactions.

We're currently focused on the Four-State region: West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. As the network grows, we'll expand to include Pennsylvania and beyond. If you're not sure whether your area qualifies, just reach out — we're open to the conversation.

For property owners

We can connect you with the right buyers, investors, and realtors in our network depending on your situation — and in some cases, we offer a complimentary media package (photos, video, drone) when you work with a PBN partner. Every situation is different, so the best first step is a quick call to understand your timeline and goals.

No. We work with FSBO sellers, traditional listings, and off-market situations. Whatever path makes the most sense for you, we'll point you in the right direction and introduce you to the professionals who can help.

Submitting a property for review is free. Any fees that may apply — for media services, marketing, or professional referrals — are discussed transparently before you commit to anything. No surprises, no pressure.

For buyers & investors

The best way is to get connected directly. Reach out through our site, join our community, and let us know what you're looking for — property type, price range, location, investment strategy. When a matching opportunity comes through the network, we'll make sure you hear about it.

No — and any network that does should raise a red flag. We facilitate introductions and connections. All investment decisions, due diligence, and negotiations are your responsibility. We can connect you with experienced professionals (inspectors, attorneys, lenders) to help you make informed decisions.

Yes. PBN is designed to be a resource for people at every stage — from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. Our network includes educators, realtors, lenders, and community members who are genuinely willing to share knowledge. We just ask that you come with good intentions and a willingness to learn.

For lenders

A private lender is an individual or entity that funds real estate deals outside of traditional bank financing. If you have capital to deploy and want to earn returns secured by real property, connecting with the right opportunities through a vetted network like PBN is one way to do that. All lending relationships are formed directly between lender and borrower — PBN facilitates the introduction only.

Schedule a discovery call and let us know your lending criteria — loan amounts, property types, preferred terms. When a deal comes through that may be a fit, we can make the introduction. We never share your information without your consent.

For vendors & professionals

Every vendor goes through a brief vetting process — we review licensing, insurance, and reputation before adding anyone to the directory. We offer free basic listings and paid tiers with enhanced placement and additional benefits. Founding members received complimentary listings as part of our launch. Reach out to learn about current availability and pricing.
