All fees are in U.S. dollars. PrimeView Media reserves the right to adjust pricing for new projects or service renewals with reasonable notice.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in individual service agreements. In general:

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun or resources have been reserved
• Cancellations made with adequate notice (as specified per agreement) may be eligible for a partial refund or credit
• For scheduled shoots or sessions, cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time may forfeit the deposit

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and video — is the property of PrimeView Media LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Regarding deliverables created for clients: upon receipt of full payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered materials for the agreed-upon purposes. PrimeView Media retains the right to display work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Drone operations

PrimeView Media operates drones under FAA Part 107 certification. All aerial operations comply with applicable FAA regulations. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary property permissions or permits required for drone flight at a given location. PrimeView Media reserves the right to decline or abort any flight operation that presents safety or regulatory concerns.

9. Third-party referrals

PrimeView Media may refer clients to third-party professionals including realtors, lenders, contractors, and other service providers. These referrals are made in good faith based on our professional relationships. PrimeView Media is not responsible for the work, representations, or actions of any third party and makes no warranty or guarantee regarding third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PrimeView Media does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any results obtained through our services will meet specific expectations or outcomes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeView Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
